Tolles Service, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Habe das erste Mal ein Boot in dieser Marina von dieser Firma gechartet und die Mitarbeiter haben super geholfen bei allem was angefallen ist. Hatten unterwegs ein technisches Problem, aber dank Whatsapp Service versuchte man zu helfen. Es konnte zwar unmittelbar das Problem mit dem Außenborder nicht behoben werden, aber wurde lösungsorientiert bei der Abrechnung berücksichtigt. Fehler können passieren, und es kommt drauf an wie man sie löst - hier 1A Service! :-) Gerne wieder!

Check In war um mehr als 2 Stunden verspätet, Boot war bei Übergabe dreckig, technischer Zustand miserabel, Reparaturen wurden zwar versprochen aber nie durchgeführt, bei Checkout wurden uns die Schäden trotz Dokumentation dann umgehängt…nie wieder diese Charterfirma!!

Positive experience. The check-in of the sailing boat was on time, detailed but fast and without difficulties. The boat was clean and well-prepared. A few minor details were adjusted promptly on 6-year B41s. A solid and reliable Wi-Fi connection worked on board during the whole week. Many staff were on hand to assist during the Friday docking in extreme winds. A smooth check-out followed. The deposit was released immediately, and the money was charged back to the card in two days. Professional and friendly people both in the office and on the pier, excellent location. Recommended, we'll be happy to come again to Pirovac.

Boats were clean and new but the service was one of the worst I’ve received don’t recommend to do it again. The captain they assign you is always complaining and trying to cut corners to work the least possible. At the check out they basically kick you out of the boat and the customer service is the worst I’ve ever received. Find another company to do your trip.
